Q. How long will it take to ship my personalized wind chime ?
A. Our typical turn around time for engraving is 1 to 3 working days, this all depends on the time the order
was received and the workload for that day.
Q. How long will it take UPS ship my personalized wind chime ?
A. UPS Ground shipping usually takes 3-7 working days.
We also offer faster shipping at reasonable rates.
Q. How will I know when my order has been shipped ?
A. You will be notified when your order ships from our office. A tracking number will be sent to you via email.
Q. Can I track my order online ?
A. Our orders are sent via UPS, a tracking number will be sent to you via email in your shipping confirmation

If your not happy with our product for any reason, simply return it in original condition within 30 days of date
